I came across these three wild donkeys during a wild mustang sale in the Hollywood Hills. When rounding up the wild mustang they find these wild “burros” in amongst the herd, so they get swpt up with them.

They were huddled together in the corner of a corral, with their backs to all these strangers and new sights and sounds. I watched them for quite a while and saw they were supporting each other and tightly bonded, I suspected they were actually family members, but if not that, then they were definitely good friends.

I have also called this piece “Planet Rising” because I felt that for them there is about to be a whole new world rising for them
